Notify your Division President or immediately if one of your players will NOT be playing PONY baseball this summer…we have waitlists for some divisions and want to get all rosters filled.
If you haven't completed step 1 yet, go back to step 1.
Coach Jersey: Order your Coach shirt...see instructions below!
No practices should be scheduled on fields at the PONY Complex this year.
Batting cages are available for teams to use for practice when the Complex is open…BUT if all games are canceled, the Complex will be closed and cages not available for use.
When putting a practice on your schedule on the MCPB website for city fields, please keep the following in mind:
Our website is a calendaring system NOT a ‘field reservation system’. Simply scheduling on our website does NOT reserve a field for you. The city fields are scheduled by the City of Bloomington & Town of Normal. Your Division President will provide this information to you when city fields become available.
Some fields in town are ‘first come, first serve’ i.e. McGraw Park, Tipton Park. Eastview has a field scheduling contact you must work with to get time on their fields. Bloomington/Normal Parks & Rec have the majority of the public fields reserved during the summer. If the field looks open and you start to use it, you must give it up to a team that has it reserved when they arrive.
An opponent is NOT required…if you get an error, there is a TBD option at the top of the drop-down list.
Make sure you get the right division when you pick your team…or you’ll get other kids showing up to your practice! :-)
A “field” is not required to run an effective practice! Grass space can suffice and allows nearly all drills except maybe grounders.
Baseball Equipment: Email if you have any issues.
Uniforms: Email if you have any issues. Please DO NOT contact Read's Sporting Goods with uniform issues.
Watch for Picture Day Schedules to be posted. Picture Day is scheduled for May 15th & 16th.
Medical Waiver: Have your players' parents complete the Medical Waiver. Coaches will need to have these available at every practice and game.
If you work for an organization that provides employee volunteer grants (i.e. State Farm, Verizon), please consider McLean County PONY Baseball for your annual grant! 100% of our Corporate Grant funds go to Capital Improvement projects/purchases that support our complex/programs. If you have any questions about grants, please contact .
You will be notified when your order is available to be picked up at Select Screen Prints & Embroidery, Inc.
