FEE STRUCTURE:
The fees for McLean County PONY Baseball vary by division.  Beginning in 2020 players' families no longer are asked to work in The Patio Concession Stand!

Registration fees: vary depending on the league:
            Shetland (5-6) - $145
            Pinto (7-8) - $170
            Mustang (9-10), Bronco (11-12), Pony (13-14) & Colt/Palomino (15-18) - $215
 
*NOTE:  Early registration period runs from July 1 - January 31.  Beginning February 1 an additional $25 fee is added for the following divisions:  Pinto, Mustang, Bronco & Pony

NOTE: Registration is not complete until all fees are paid.  Player fees are due within 30 days of registration.  Players with unpaid fees after 30 days may be moved to the waitlist and risk losing their spot.  All outstanding player fees MUST be paid in full prior to Opening Day.  Players with an outstanding balance due will be ineligible to participate in practices or games until the balance is paid in full.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER I SUBMIT MY REGISTRATION FORM(S) AND PAYMENT?
Email receipts are sent for credit card payments made online.  If payment is made by check, your canceled check will serve as your receipt for registration.  If there are any questions regarding your registration payment, we may request a copy of your canceled check.


REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:
MID-JULY THRU JULY 31:
Registration for on-board players and siblings occurs from mid-July through July 31 each year.  Returning players who register during this timeframe are guaranteed to be placed on a team.
 
AUGUST 1:
Registration opens to the public.
 
DECEMBER 31:
Refund requests must be postmarked by 12/31 in order to avoid a $25 refund fee.
 
JANUARY-FEBRUARY:
Coaches are identified for Shetland through Pony Divisions.
 
For Shetland though Pony Divisions, the number of teams and players per team are locked down based on current/expected registrations, so uniforms can be ordered.  A wait list will be formed, as needed, for each Division.

 

MARCH 1:

 

Refund requests must be postmarked by March 1.  No refund requests are accepted after March 1 unless a legitimate injury occurs that prevents the player from playing a majority of the season (with league president approval).
 
EARLY APRIL:
For Shetland through Pony Divisions, a coach meeting is held to distribute rosters and schedules.  Coaches are asked to contact players during the week following the coach meeting.  The date of the coach meeting can be found on the General Events Calendar.

LATE APRIL/EARLY MAY:
Opening Day for Pinto through Pony Divisions.

MID JULY:
In-house regular season ends.
In-house end of season tournament begins.
